Job Summary:
As a Direct Support Professional, you will:
🔹 Provide direct care and supervision to individuals
🔹 Assist with daily activities, mobility, and personal care
🔹 Support behavior management and individual service plans
🔹 Administer medications and ensure overall well-being
🔹 Transport individuals to training and community activities
🔹 Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
As a Direct Support Professional, you will:

✔️ Valid Driver’s License & Active Car Insurance
✔️ Good communication skills (written & oral)

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

We realized during our daily transports to group homes and faculties, our client base was primarily individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This realization birthed In-Home Support Services, a branch of Open Hands that provides care services for individuals with disabilities.
